Annapolis, MD (May 18, 2018) —Today, the Baltimore Washington Laborers’ District Council (BWLDC), an affiliate of the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA), announced four additional endorsements for the Maryland General Assembly, bringing its total to 63 candidates endorsed to-date. Today’s endorsements are:

• -Delegate Jimmy Tarlau, District 47A
• -Delegate Diana Fennell, District 47A
• -Delegate Cheryl Glenn, District 45
• -Delegate Talmadge Branch, District 45

“The Maryland General Assembly has many members up for re-election this year who have been with us on important votes. Delegates Jimmy Tarlau, Diana Fennell, Cheryl Glenn, and Talmadge Branch are among those,” said David Allison, Business Manager of the Baltimore Washington Laborers’ District Council, LIUNA.

 “The BWLDC is committed to identifying, endorsing, and supporting candidates for elected office whose values and priorities are consistent with those of our members. The four delegates we have endorsed for re-election today are part of that effort,” commented Allison.
